BENVENUTI – WELCOME

Benvenuti nel sito dell’associazione Mother and Child Italia. Il nostro progetto, nato dall’incontro con la Mother & Child Foundation creata nel 1995 da Thomas Myadoor in Kerala, India meridionale, ha come intento primario il supporto delle attività della fondazione indiana e dell'orfanotrofio. Oltre alle iniziative storiche prende l'avvio l'attività di progettazione e produzione di mobili di design italiano in India per reinvestire gli utili nella fondazione e creare nuove occasioni di lavoro per ragazzi indiani e italiani.

Welcome to the Mother and Child Italy website. Our project came to life after the encounter with the Mother & Child Foundation (created in 1995 by Thomas Myladoor in Kerala, south India), it's primary goal being that of supporting all of the Foundation's activities in India and the orphanage. In addition to its usual initiatives, a new project has been conceived - designing and producing Italian style furniture in India for the Indian market. This new adventure will create job opportunities for young Indians and Italians. Part of the profits are always to be reinvested in the foundation.

Vai a cena da Il Guru – HAVE DINNER AT THE GURU

Thomas Myladoor fondatore di Mother and Child ha un ristorante indiano IL GURU in Via Cimarra a Roma. Chi vuole può andare a cena o organizzare un compleanno e chiedere di devolvere parte del costo a favore dell'associazione. Al pagamento della cena o della festa vi sarà rilasciata oltre alla ricevuta del ristorante anche la ricevuta della quota destinata all'associazione. Per le cene normali sara devoluto il 30% per le feste (più di 6 persone) sara destinato il 50%. La donazione non comporta nessun aumento di costo delle consumazioni!

Thomas Myladoor founder of Mother and Child has an Indian restaurant IL GURU in Via Cimarra, Rome. Have dinner, or organize a birthday party and ask about donating part of your bill to the association. Upon payment, in addition to your regular bill you will be given one showing your donation. For a normal dinner you will donate 30% while for larger parties (6 people or more) the donation will be of 50%. The donation does not involve any increase in the cost of your meal.
